Nazneen Contractor (born August 26, 1982) is a Canadian actress, best known for her role as Layla Hourani on CBC’s The Border, and, more recently, as Kayla Hassan on 24 (season 8). She is of Gujarati Parsi descent.
Born in Mumbai, India and raised in Nigeria, Africa until the age of 7, Contractor was well versed in world travels and a variety cultures at a very young age.
