Colin Firth And Wife Splits After 22 Years

British actor Colin Firth and his wife on Friday announced they divorced after 22 years of marriage. Firth has played stiff-upper-lipped Englishmen in films like “Love Actually,” “Bridget Jones’s Diary” and a television version of “Pride and Prejudice”. He married Italian documentary film producer Livia Giuggioli in 1997. They also have two sons.

“Colin and Livia Firth have separated. They maintain a close friendship and remain united in their love for their children. They kindly ask for privacy. There will be no further comment,” representatives of the couple said in a statement. The couple’s decision comes after an unpublicized separation several years ago. Livia Firth also said that she had had a relationship with an Italian journalist during that time. However, the couple later reunited.

A$AP Rocky Performs Concert In Sweden

US rapper A$AP Rocky gave a concert in Sweden just months after he was convicted for assault in the country. His high-profile case also saw US President Trump attempt to intervene on his behalf. “Thank you to everybody who showed up here today in Sweden,” the 31-year-old told a packed arena of thousands from the stage at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm on Wednesday.

Swedish courts convicted A$AP Rocky and two of his entourage after they attacked a 19-year-old following an argument. However, Rocky, real name Rakim Mayers, said that he acted in self-defense. Therefore, the court gave him a suspended sentence after holding him in jail for a month. When he was released, he promised fans that he would return to Stockholm as thanks for the support he received.

Insurers for Weinstein’s bankrupt film studio would fund the settlement. Representatives for Weinstein also declined to comment. Weinstein has denied all accusations, some dating all the way back to the ’70s.
